Puppets told the story of the Good Samaritan…a banner was covered with colorful houses, trees and clouds…the pile of canned goods for the food pantry grew…music filled the air – this was Vacation Bible School. Our theme of Living in God’s Neighborhood was carried out through Bible stories and the Word of the Day as we learned how God’s neighbors help, provide, share, welcome, and love. We were glad that children from Westminster Neighborhood Ministries could join our members, friends and family. And we were pleased so many youth and adults volunteered to make VBS 2010 a success!
